THREE THINGS WE PROMISE
Scope, ownership, price. All tied to your outcome.
01 - SCOPE
We build only what moves the outcome.
Tell us the result - a 360° customer view, Agentforce handling tier-1 queries, a new application live before peak season. We scope back from that, not forward from a catalogue. Most engagements use three or four of our capabilities, never all of them.
02 - OWNERSHIP
One named Engineer - accountable from start to finish.
Behind every engagement is a single person who holds the brief. They bring the team, the tools, and where it makes things faster — the agents. You always know who owns it. There is no account management layer between you and the person building.
03 - PRICE
The invoice tied to the outcome! Not the hours.
We don't bill by the day. The commercial model is tied to the result you briefed us on. If the outcome shifts, the scope conversation happens before the work, not as a change request on week six.
USE CASES
The challenges we solve.
Every engagement is different. These are the four business challenges we see most often — and what prism. looks like against each one.
AI READINESS
You need Agentforce in production, not another pilot.
Your Salesforce org is live but the data underneath it isn't clean enough for AI to trust. Agentforce hallucinations, low confidence scores, agents that escalate everything. The problem isn't the AI — it's the foundation. We audit, restructure and clean the data layer, then deploy Agentforce on top of something it can actually use.
NEW APPLICATIONS
You need a customer-facing application shipped on a fixed deadline.
A new product launch, a partner portal, a mobile app ahead of a peak trading period. The deadline is real and the internal team doesn't have the capacity. We scope the application against the deadline and the outcome — not a wish list — and ship it. One engineer owns the brief throughout.
CUSTOMER DATA
Your team is making decisions from incomplete data.
Customer records exist across four systems and no single team has the full picture. Marketing can't target effectively. Sales can't see the full account. Service is flying blind. We build the single customer view — migrating, connecting and structuring the data so every team operates from one version of the truth.
SALESFORCE ROI
Your Salesforce investment isn't delivering what was promised.
Adoption is low. The org has drifted from the original design. Reports are unreliable and the team has built workarounds. We run an org health check — assessing architecture, data quality, automation, and adoption — and deliver a prioritised set of changes tied to the business outcomes Salesforce was bought to deliver.
HOW IT WORKS
Brief to outcome, in six steps.
Every prism. engagement follows the same six steps. The steps don't change. The scope, the team and the builds inside them do.
Brief
Name the outcome. Adoption, revenue, time-to-something. Not a list of features.
Scope
We identify the smallest set of work that gets you there. Usually three or four capabilities, not all of them.
Own
A named engineer takes the brief. They form the squad - people and agents - for each workstream.
Deliver
We build and land on the platform you already run - Salesforce, AWS, Render or Azure.
Invoice
The invoice names the outcome you briefed us on. Not the hours.
Support
We offer retainer and managed service models to keep what we built running, optimised and evolving.
IN PRODUCTION
Named outcomes, real clients.

Got an outcome in mind? Brief us on it.
We don't need a full specification. Tell us the result you need, the platform you run, and when it matters. We'll come back with a scope and a number.
