What We Learned at Agentforce World Tour & TDX London

Blog Placeholder

Last week, Philip Kirwan our CTO, Tom Delany our new Account Director and I had the privilege of representing Showoff at two major Salesforce events in London: Agentforce World Tour and TrailblazerDX (TDX). These events brought together some of the brightest minds in the Salesforce ecosystem, and they confirmed what we at Showoff have long believed — that the future lies at the intersection of agent experience, powerful data architecture, and flexible development platforms like Heroku.

As Showoff looks forward, our strategy is anchored by three core pillars: Agentforce, Data and Heroku. London gave us powerful new insights and concrete product updates across all three, and I’m more excited than ever about the innovation we’re helping drive for our clients. In this blog, I’ll share the highlights from the week — including a brilliant keynote showcasing how Capita is transforming their service operations with Agentforce, plus the latest Heroku enhancements, and the data tools that are redefining how we build.

Another thought I had. If Matthew McConaughey doesn’t have at least five Salesforce certifications by now, I’d be shocked!

Showoff’s 3 Core Pillars: Agentforce, Data and Heroku

1. Agentforce: Powering a Smarter Service Experience

The Agentforce World Tour made one thing crystal clear: agent experience is the new customer experience. From smarter case management to AI-driven insights and omnichannel support, Salesforce’s investments in Agentforce are opening a global opportunity — and Showoff is ready to lead.

One of the standout moments was the keynote featuring Capita, who walked the audience through how they’re transforming their front-line service operations using Agentforce. It was a fantastic real-world example of what’s possible when service, data, and intelligent workflows come together.

We’ve been working with forward-thinking service teams across industries to design Agentforce-powered solutions tailored to their workflows, channels, and customers. What’s different now? The momentum is here. Agentforce is no longer just a product line — it’s becoming a global service movement.

We’re thrilled to be at the forefront, and London confirmed that our deep Salesforce expertise and agile delivery model make us perfectly positioned to help businesses transform their contact centres, field service ops, and digital engagement strategies.

2. Data: The Glue That Binds It All

If one message echoed through every session at TDX, it was this: your data strategy is your business strategy. Whether it was talks on Mulesoft for real-time integration, Tableau for predictive dashboards, or Data Cloud’s unified profile capabilities, the sessions in London made it clear that Salesforce’s ecosystem is now a data-first platform.

APIs, connectors, and unified identity are no longer optional — they’re essential. Our team attended hands-on workshops and deep dives on Mulesoft Composer, Flow Orchestration, and the new API frameworks driving data federation across Salesforce and third-party systems. These aren’t theoretical tools. We’re already deploying them in the field to bring data together across CRMs, support platforms, legacy systems, and customer touchpoints.

Without a solid data foundation, even the best Heroku app or Agentforce configuration will fall flat. With it, you can unlock the true potential of your business.

3. Heroku: Big News for Our Favourite Platform

At TDX, Salesforce made some exciting announcements about Heroku — and as one of Heroku’s top global partners, we couldn’t be more excited. With enhanced performance tooling, simplified security updates, and greater integration with Data Cloud, Heroku is re-emerging as the platform of choice for custom applications and rapid development at scale.

For years, we’ve specialised in building Heroku-first solutions that unlock agility, accelerate time-to-market, and power the experiences your business needs to stay competitive. Now, with Salesforce doubling down on Heroku’s roadmap, we can deliver even more value — particularly in industries where custom logic, integrations, or compliance needs rule out cookie-cutter solutions.

Heroku allows us to stay nimble, avoid vendor lock-in, and build with exactly the right tools for the job. The latest announcements only strengthen that position.

The Salesforce Agentforce World Tour and TDX in London gave us a powerful glimpse into the future of the platform — and validated the direction Showoff is taking as we double down on Agentforce, Heroku, and Data. These three pillars are not just buzzwords. They’re how we’re helping businesses unlock new value, deliver smarter experiences, and move faster than ever before.

With the momentum behind Agentforce, the renewed investment in Heroku, and the vital role data plays in stitching it all together, Showoff is primed for a big year. And we’re just getting started.

If you’re ready to transform your service experience, launch a custom Heroku app, or get serious about your data strategy using Mulesoft — we’d love to help. Get in touch to learn how Showoff can bring your next Salesforce-powered solution to life.
